Shoshi is participating in the Vagina Festival because she feels that art is one of the best ways to create social change and generate civic dialogue. She feels honored to be a part of a festival that will celebrate the magic of the vagina!
About Yolanda Shoshana:
Yolanda Shoshana "Shoshi" is coach, lifestyle expert, speaker, and artist living in New York City.
Shoshi graduated from The College of Santa Fe with a BFA in theater with the aspiration to become the next Whoopi Goldberg, but her life's journey led her down a different path.
Self growth and following her bliss has always been a key part of her life. She followed her entrepreneur spirit by starting a lifestyle company for women which provides networking events, coaching, personal chef services, life ceremonies, classes, and empowerment through media.
As a coach Shoshi loves supporting women in having more passion in their lives. Her coaching and purpose is about empowering women to leave behind the "good enough life" and live lusciously!
Shoshi has lead seminars and workshops to diverse audiences. Some of her workshops include topics about lifestyle issues , diversity, food, empowerment, and laws of attraction. She has also produced and hosted her own talk show for women in Manhattan on Channel 56 for the past 4 years titled "The Luscious Life with Shoshi". She will be launching an online radio show," Live Lusciously" that will include luscious guests to help women live a life by design.
Giving back to the community has always been her one her passions. Shoshi has served on boards at the UJA Federation, Cinewomen, Makor, The JCC of Manhattan, and Gen Art New York. Currently she is on the health committee for Step Up New York.
She is a food enthusiast, clothing junkie, and chocoholic that lives and rocks it in Harlem.
