About Danielle N. Johnson:
Danielle N. Johnson (Assistant Director/Stage Manager) Danielle N. Johnson is a graduate of S.U.N.Y New Paltz University where she received a B.A. in Theatre. Danielle began her career as an Actress, having worked in Theatre and Film, an interest in Producing also developed. She interned with Ciona Taylor Productions where she became an Assistant Producer. Danielle Assistant Produced "Rise! This is Not a Slam", "Spice! A Variety Show" and "A CTP Fundraiser". In addition, she also worked on other company projects such as "Friends and Enemies" at The Gene Frankel Underground, "The Twainathon Festival" at The Metropolitan Playhouse, as well as "Majikan" and "Lost Oasis" which were both part of the Free Outdoors Theatre at Central Park with Ciona Taylor Productions. Danielle participated as a mentee in TRU"s (Theatre Resource"s Unlimited) Producers Mentorship Program, at which time she Associate Produced "American Whupass" at The Players Theatre. She worked as Stage Manager for "Varia", at the Merce Cunningham Studio earlier this year. Danielle was the A.C.R (Authorized Company Representative / Producer for "Two-mur Humor: He's Malignant, She's Benign" and "Out of My Mind" in the 2007 New York International Fringe Festival and was also the ACR/Producer for "The Vajayjay Monologues" and "Cruising to Croatia" in the 2008 New York International Fringe Festival. As an Actress, Danielle began acting at the age of 9 in church and school plays. As she slowly worked her way up the ladder she has had the opportunity to be in productions such as The Vagina Monologues, The Death of Bessie Smith, Happy Hour, Music & Lyrics, The Task , American Gangster , Duplicity, Preaching to The Choir and The Chappelle Show just to name a few.
