Presenting:
Celebrate Women! An Opening Ceremony to Love and Honor ALL of Who We Are

On participating in Vagina Festival 2008:
The world needs you! These challenging and amazing times are calling all of us to stand in the magnificence of who we are, and to love and honor ALL aspects of ourselves. During this ritual to kick off Vagina Festival 2008, we will celebrate ourselves. No more playing small, playing victim, living inside our limitations and our excuses. It's up to us to become 100% responsible for our lives and the gifts we have been given. It is time to stand up and claim yourself!

About WomanVision:
WomanVision creates unique and powerful experiences for women of all ages and backgrounds. Co-Directors Dawn Copeland, M.F.A. and Joanna Lindenbaum, M.A. connect women to their spiritual center. They create rituals using myths and archetypes of the divine feminine from around the world to expand women's visions of themselves and their lives. Dawn and Joanna are co-creators of the SacredRhythms technique, and have taught classes and workshops around the US and in Africa, including at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, the Renfrew Center Foundation Conference, the Womb & Belly Conference, and Womongathering. Since its inception six years ago, WomanVision has become one of the largest women's circles in Manhattan. It is a place where women are coming together, telling their stories, revisioning their histories and reinventing their lives.
